And The Jersey Collection Grows

I asked for my first Blackhawks jersey a few Christmas' ago. It's very special to me. My dad bought it online and I was over the moon when it arrived! It came a little later than expected, but nonetheless, I was so excited to wear it!

I ordered a women's fit for my jersey because I wasn't sure that I wanted it to be so big on me! I can say that having tried on a men's fit, I think I prefer that. Regardless, This jersey will always be special to me! It is the jersey that started the collection!

Grad Jersey

I was fortunate enough to add to the collection this season! Jerseys are expensive and most times, I can't justify the price of one, but since I won the Chicago Blackhawks Grad Cap contest, I was able to get a free personalized jersey! And boy is it pretty :)

I haven't even taken the tags off this thing! It's BEAUTIFUL! The 17 signifies my graduation year! I can't wait for gameday so I can wear it! Unfortunately, the Hawks didn't have any small jerseys so I had to settle for a medium one....It's almost like a dress on me, but I love it all the same.

Now Clayton definitely one ups me when it comes to the jersey collection. He has tons of jerseys from the teams he has played on over the years and of course, he has a few Hawks jerseys. When I met him, he had a Toews and a Kane jersey. For our 1st Christmas together, I bought him a Panarin! That one probably one get worn too much now...but it's still a sweet jersey to have!

A few days ago, Clayton found a few jerseys on eBay. He found a white Patrick Kane sweater and the bidding was only up to $38! That's insanely cheap...We are doing our best to save money for some big purchases soon, but that is such a good price, I couldn't say no! He started bidding on it that night and sure enough, he won the jersey for the small price of $60! I was nervous that the jersey wouldn't be authentic because that just seemed like an unbelievable price! We got it in the mail a few days later and sure enough, it was authentic! Clayton literally woke up from a dead sleep when I walked in with his package...it's like he knew it was here! He put it on immediately and it fit great!

After that, he started getting out all of our jerseys so I could snag this awesome picture!
